    LOL, yup, no cooldown, and when spammed like crazy, you have no mana left, no need to cooldown then, cause guess what? You're dead when you run out of mana. Good lord, roll a mage please some of you AoE haters and GET IT TO 50 then tell us how OP a spell is when you are left goin.. hmm wth just happened.. I ran out of mana? -_-;
